We have a food truck. It’s fully equipped with everything needed to produce great food. This truck will be situated at the brewery Tap Room between April and October. That’s a full 6+ months of opportunity. 

What we don’t have, are the cooks. We’re looking for food people, folks who want to produce the very best street food possible. Do you have an idea that you’ve been itching to put into practice?

Pitch us an idea and join the food offering at the Tap Room this Summer. We’re looking for food that goes well with beer, compliments Pizza and mostly delivers on flavour. 

All we ask is for 20% of the takings for the power & water and use of the truck in our yard.

All pitches need to be with us no later than March 19th. If successful with your bid we would like you to start trading on Easter Weekend. Please email foodtruck@verdantbrewing.co and we can supply the full list of equipment available to use.
