Here at Verdant we require some more hands. With the imminent arrival of our canning line and additional fermentation vessels we will require more bodies in the room.
This is a very hands on role that does not require previous industry experience. A love of juicy, hoppy beers and a good palette are essential along with being a keen home brewer.
On a day to day basis the tasks will include transferring beer in to kegs, assisting with the canning line, cleaning vessels and delivering beer locally. Full training will be provided and over time we see this person becoming the brewery packaging manager.
There will also be the opportunity to develop skills in other brewery areas such as wort production and yeast management. The successful applicant will be highly motivated with a very high attention to detail.
The work is physical and repetitive at times but very rewarding. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come on board at a progressive young company with real scope for learning a wide ranging catchment of skills. We’re a close knit team at Verdant, being friendly and polite along with perfectionism and thoroughness are a must.
