Inspired by our recent NZ trip where many examples of this style were drunk! The best examples were super pale, dry as a bone, bitter and almost always hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. A modest (for us) dry hop pulls through those amazing aromatics into the glass. Crusher!
