We're stocked to finally share the news with y'all: the Falmouth Beer Trail is making its comeback for 2023! After the success of the past two editions in 2021 and 2022, the FBT is back to take you on a beery journey in sunny Falmouth. (free event)
New Breweries, Fresh Beers
This year's Falmouth Beer Trail is turning the volume up to eleven! We have an exciting lineup of 13 UK breweries joining us for the Trail, including both newcomers and some of those who delighted us last year. They're all gearing up to bring over kegs of their finest brews for the upcoming weekend. If you're doing the trail on Saturday 23rd, you may even run into a rabble of folk from some of the breweries on offer!
A Beery Stroll Across Town
Get ready to sip your way through six spots in Falmouth town: The Working Boat, Underland (The Chintz), Lauter Bottleshop, The Cornish Bank, The Front, and of course, our very own Verdant Seafood Bar. Think of it as a treasure hunt for beer lovers, with some of the freshest and best brews the UK beer scene has to offer.
Each venue will be offering an outstanding selection, from crispy Lagers to fruited Sours, as well as juicy IPAs and classic Pale Ales.
The Falmouth Beer Trail is a very special event for us. It's about bringing passionate folks together, celebrating creativity, fostering a sense of community and celebrating the beer industry, as well as some of the best venues Falmouth has to offer.
By joining us, you're supporting a whole community of brewers who put their heart and soul into every fresh batch of beer, as well as supporting some incredible pubs and bars.
Join us for the official after-party!
A free after-party is planned on Saturday 23rd September at Verdant Taproom from 8pm: Alexis Taylor of Hot Chip joins us for DJ set, playing a wide selection of his favourite music to move to – disco, boogie, electro-pop and house through to techno, dub techno, reggae and soul. He always brings a party vibe.
Many of the invited brewers will be joining the trail participants at the Taproom for some good times, good beers and good music.
