Our Desi-inspired menu has been carefully crafted in collaboration with our friend Sham Mulji of Situ cafe. Whether cooking in the tandoor or on the grill, our chefs source the best of authentic and local produce, with signature spices coming directly from merchants in India.
‘Desi’ refers to an identity adopted by South Asians to represent their heritage and culture in the UK. Desi pubs started as safe havens during the 1960s in Leicester, Sham's hometown. Across the Midlands, these pubs have become synonymous with integration and inclusion and we’re proud to bring the flavours of this tradition to The Seaview in Falmouth.
Expect indulgent bar snacks like our famous keema scotch egg and pani puri. Meats and vegetables are marinated overnight, cooked in the tandoor oven, and served on sizzling skillets. Each dish is made with love and perfectly balanced for a decadent pub dining experience.
Expect a wide range of Verdant beers with 10 kegs and 4 cask to choose from. You can always count on Helles Lager and Lightbulb Extra Pale Ale to be available. Lets not forget our rotating Cask Ales, perfect for this cozy traditional pub.
Additionally, you will find ciders and a carefully curated range of spirits, wines, and soft drinks.
