On 18th Oct 2025, we will be opening our doors at The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall. Eight months after creating our first Verdant in Residence bar at Craft Metropolis (Brixton, London), we are excited to announce the opening of our second residency.
Our collaboration with Heligan began earlier this year at the inaugural Heligan Homecoming Festival, when we enjoyed two weeks of cultural events paired with delicious food and drink. If you’ve ever visited Heligan, you’ll know it’s a place steeped in a bucolic and magical story. The captivating atmosphere and dedication to the natural environment feels very Verdant, and so we're proud to make this place a new home.
Our Verdant in Residence bar is situated on the Play Meadow, right next to a newly created food and drink area also featuring the Meadow Kitchen, serving up delicious rotisserie chicken (hello, perfect beer pairing!). For all the parents out there, you can grab a fresh Verdant pint while your kids are burning off some energy in the fantastic nearby play area. Pure win-win.
You’ll be able to enjoy some of your Verdant favourites on tap, including: Lightbulb (Extra Pale Ale), Helles (Lager), Sundialer (New England Pale Ale) & Psych (Alcohol Free IPA). We’ll also be pouring special rotational beers and have a fridge stocked with fresh cans to take away.
To kick things off properly, we are also inviting you to join us at the bar on October 25th for a special Hop Harvest themed Q&A with our head brewer James Heffron.
+ Fresh Hop Beer! We will have a special UK Fresh Hop Pale Ale on tap for you to try. Brewed with fresh Harlequin hops, coming all the way from Herefordshire! Â Picked fresh as a daisy from the farm and brewed with on the same day. These were lovingly grown, picked and processed at Hawkins Farming.
We’re already planning exciting things for the future at the bar. Look out for us during the magical Heligan Christmas Night Garden event and stay tuned for more cultural shows and fun live events in 2026.
