Our latest collab IPA, ORE, was brewed with our friends from Saint Monday Brewery (Hackney, London). Expect a joyful and breezy mouthful of hop by way of some spelt in the grist for added fluff and feels. Mosaic leading the charge hot and cold, with the NZ superstars Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron playing bass and drums.
Its tapestry-like label is inspired by the story of Saint Piran, patron saints of Cornwall & tin miners, and the Saint Monday tradition.
