Sales & Events Assistant

So in 2016, Adam almost killed himself doing all the events throughout the country for Verdant. From Scotland to Copenhagen his liver took a whistle stop tour of the country and further.

He has almost recovered, but next year can not be a repeat affair. So after some serious thinking and consideration we believe it is time to get the man some help.

So once again we are on the lookout for a person to come in and join the team. We have a pretty busy looking calendar for 2018 already. This person will be helping out day to day in the brewery with sales and the packing of beer to be sent out, be it to distribution on pallets or in boxes for direct web sales.

You will need to be good at talking to customers and finding new ones. Cornwall is a big push for us next year and we will need someone who can look to help us push our sales in the county. That is a hard job! 

As well as help with the sales we will need this person to be able to spend time away from home at various events. This generally means travelling to a specific location, setting up a temporary bar and serving Verdant beers to hungry hop heads over a number of days. The difference being this year is that we will tag team the responsibility. Events also need planning so being able to navigate a calendar will be a bonus.

A driving license is essential, clean is preferable!

5. Delivery Driver (clean licence)
6. Attending beer festivals and meet the brewer events
7. Event managing and organising
8. Little Summer Beer Bash
9. Web site updates
10. Social media

 What We Offer.

There will be a six month probation period, this allows us both to be sure we have made the right decision. In return we will offer the following:

• £17500 - £25000 Starting Salary - depending on experience

Although experience is a good thing, we are looking for the right person. We make very hoppy, juicy, unfiltered pales and IPAs, so if these beers aren't your goto then we probably won't be the best fit.
