Kicking off acoustic sessions for 2026 at the Taproom will be Isaac Ockenden
Isaac.I.Ockenden is an experimental ballad singer from the east coast of scotland, Blending guitar, Banjo, Harmoniums, Tape loops & hollowing vocals into a rich tapestry of sounds and textures as a back drop to ballads telling tales of Deportation, Alcoholism, Mischief, nonsense & Much more.
Recently described as sounding somewhere between God Speed You Black Emperor & Ivor Cutler. Isaacs sets are heart felt enigmatic journeys that are diffirent every show.
Joined for this show by Kernow based Small Pipe player, Lisa Fresle.Isaac.I.Ockenden's Debut solo record is currently in the meat grinder with first singles set to be released in spring.
