Night of the Blood Orange Moon, a deep sanguine red, this 6.5% Blood Orange IPA has a pithy rind bitterness matched with a touch of spicy rye helped out by Azacca, Citra, Centennial and Simcoe. The number of the beast is all over this one from ABV and IBU to mash temp. Spooky and cursed. Blood orange, berries, biscuit and pine.
Big Stupid Westy V.6 is here! We’ve been tweaking and adapting the recipe for this 6.8% WCIPA over the years and it's influenced by the super crisp, lean, pale and crushable modern west coast beers we were recently drinking at the Firestone Walker Invitational in California. Rounded resinous bittering via hop extract, a big Mosaic whirlpool and hop dip combined with a great four-way dry hop combo of Krush, Nectaron, Chinook and Columbus for strong and deep aromatics.
