For our second collection of phase haze beers with the wonderful Track Brewing Co. we are shifting towards experimental NZ varieties alongside the established US star that is Citra.
Flux: Phase 6 the 8% DIPA big boy of this project lets NZH-106 take the lead! This hop is the daughter of Riwaka and doesn't shy away from those crazy diesel notes that blend into squishy fruits of all descriptions. With a litte dash of NZH-106 and Moteuka thrown in for good measure this is a big, boisterous romp of a beer!
