This week, we are also bringing back one of our favourite 5.2% Pale Ales of the year, Leyline, brewed with our friends at Weird Walk to celebrate the St Michael Line. This mythic corridor runs through South-West England and was described by John Michell as a "dragon path". Many of the aligned locations are linked to dragon-slaying saints, a connection John Michell inferred as a relic memory of the line’s original purpose: an energy channel carrying a mysterious, life-giving dragon current.
To honour this path, we used a triplet of our favourite experimental New Zealand hops (NZH-101, 106, & 109) to create an easy-drinking, soft, hazy Pale Ale. It’s a journey. Trust us and follow the path as it might lead you to the Cornish Bank (Falmouth) for an exclusive event on September 18th:
