We first brewed this 6.5% ABV IPA with our friends at Civil Society Brewing (based in Miami, USA) a few years ago and loved it so much, it had to come back. Mimicking Civil Society's water profile and preferred IPA grist for a slight change-up, expect a tasty brew!
Super-pungent batches of some of our favourite hop varieties, Citra & Nelson Sauvin, offering lashings of citrus, mangoes, gooseberries, grapes, and just a hint of insane Sabro sneaking through from the whirlpool addition. TROPICAL.
