Billy & Kieran recently travelled over to Belfast to brew an IPA with Whiplash Brewing. Our mission was to see how far we could push their Mash Filter, and we pushed it until it broke. The resulting beer is ‘Looks Like Rain’ an incredibly hoppy IPA weighing in at 7.4% ABV. That beer is available now over at Whiplash and all good Beer outlets over the coming weeks.
We caught up with Alex Lawes and chatted all things Whiplash. From working at Guinness, the conception of Whiplash, through to the the thinking behind our collaboration and their exciting new project the Fidelity Bar.
