The first days of Spring are (hopefully) just around the corner, and the wild Cornish hedgerows are slowly coming back to life, displaying a wide array of wonderful colours! And it's not just the flowers making a reappearance, ahhhh the brewdeck is also in full BLOOM (6.5% IPA). An oldie but a goodie! Almost a single-hop Mosaic IPA, with just a hint of Columbus here and there, providing a sounding board for your palate to party on. Don't be surprised to find bitterness here, even a touch of clarity and a dry finish!
