The Seaview Inn (Falmouth) is now a Verdant venue, retaining its traditional pub vibes and incredible views across the harbour. What customers can expect is everything they have come to love about the Seaview Inn: a great range of drinks and food offerings, alongside all of the community activities that the pub has been offering for well over two decades.

The bar is featuring a selection of our brews, plus some other beers, with 10 taps and 4 cask lines to choose from. You can always count on our Helles Lager and Lightbulb Extra Pale Ale to be available on draught, as well as some of our rotating Cask Ales. Also available: a carefully curated range of spirits, wines, and soft drinks.

The new Desi-inspired menu, crafted in collaboration with Verdant’s friend Sham Mulji of Situ (Penryn), features classic Indian dishes cooked the authentic way. Whether in the tandoor, on the grill, or over the stove, the chefs will use the best local produce they can get their hands on. The spices come directly from independent merchants in India, blended in-house for signature masalas, with fresh breads baked to order.

Expect well-loved bar snacks to nibble on with a pint—pakoras, samosas, chaat, and pani puri. Meats and vegetables are marinated overnight, cooked in the tandoor oven, and served on sizzling skillets. The curries? Made from scratch, with perfectly balanced spices in every dish.

‘Desi’ is an identity adopted by South Asians to represent their heritage and culture. Desi pubs started as safe havens during the 1960s in Leicester, the hometown of Situ Cafe's owner, Sham Mulji, who designed our food menu. Across the Midlands, these pubs are now synonymous with integration and inclusion. At the Seaview, we’re proud to bring a taste of that tradition to Falmouth through our food menu.
